Do you accept multiple international currencies?

We can accept payments in GBP, USD ,EUR,AUD,CAD,CHF,CNY,DKK,HKD,JPY,NOK,NZD,SEK and SGD. Payments made in other currencies may be subject to additional charges.

What payment methods do you accept?

For the payment of goods, please make a SWIFT(T/T) or CHATS(HK Local)Payment.Please include the following memo/message to receiver when making a payment:[Buyer Name] [Invoice/Contract Number] [Product]

What delivery information do you provide with each order?

There are various shipping options available to each country. Shipping methods and costs are clearly shown in all quotations.
Delivery date and receiving date: All HL automation quotations will indicate the delivery date, which is used to deliver the goods to our long-term cooperative freight forwarder.
As for the receiving date, we will inform you based on the shipping method you have chosen.

Is it possible for me to arrange my own shipping for this purchase?

HLautomation do not support customers arranging their own transportation of goods as there is a certain level of risk involved

Will l need to pay any additional customs taxes when the package arrives?

It is your responsibility to pay any charges relating to the import of goods into your country. Under no circumstances do we accept responsibility/liability for local taxes and/or customs duties that may be payable upon delivery. It is your responsibility to ensure that you comply with these requirements.

What causes most of your orders to be delayed or late?

There may be many reasons why you have not received your order when you expect it. Please contact our sales team, and we can determine what the delay is. We will always try to resolve any issue as quickly as possible.

What is your returns and refunds policy?

We supply according to the brand and model, and there will definitely be no problems. We will confirm all the details with you before you make the payment to ensure that you receive the product you need.If there is indeed a quality issue, we will issue a full refund.However, this requires you to provide relevant evidence for reference.

What is the process for returning an item l purchased?

Please contact your sale manager.
All products must be returned entirely complete, including all original manufacturer’s boxes with seals intact, packing materials, manuals, cables, and any other accessories provided by HLautomation in the original shipment. 
Labels must not be attached to any manufacturer packaging as this will void any returns. 
HLautomation reserves the right to refuse the return of incomplete/damaged products.

Do pre-owned/exchanged products come with any warranty?

Usually most of products supplied by us are guaranteed to be in working condition and are covered by a minimum of our 12-month returns warranty.Very few products are not eligible for a 12-month warranty, and we will inform customers in advance of this.

What is the warranty period for your products?

All Products sold by HLautomation have 1 year warranty except a few products. The warranty period begins on the date the product is delivered to the customer
